There aren't many people who know about living with an Ostomy better than ostomates themselves. Reading about real-life experiences, day-to-day living, and the life journey of an ostomate really is the best way to get the true inside story. From hospital diagnosis, to returning to everyday life, to the story of a long-term ostomate, there's bound to be something most of our members are experiencing or can associate with. The blog section contains web-journals which are written by members of the C3Life community and are updated on a regular basis, so there's always something new and uplifting to read about.

Brenda's Blog

Brenda Elsagher is a national keynote speaker, author, comic, wife, mother - and a person with an ostomy. She lives in the US and is a colon cancer survivor.

Paris' Blog

Our guest blogger, Paris, is a first-time participant in the Get Your Guts In Gear (GYGIG) Ride. He is one of the moderators of the C3Life Community Forum, where he goes by the name of "opalwintry." Paris, originally from Australia, has a background in stoma care nursing and now lives in the US.

Dennis' Blog

Diagnosed with ulcerative colitis at age 21, Dennis had his colon removed. He lived with an ileostomy and now has a fully functioning J-pouch. Dennis is the creator of the Ulcerative Colitis Vlog, a video education website for those on similar journeys.
